And it's never too soon: they will help you prepare a resume and find internships, co-ops, and volunteer activities to build your skills and increase your value to potential employers.

Graduate or Professional School

Nearly half of Honors graduates go on to graduate or professional school. Honors students have continued their educations at some of the nation’s most prestigious graduate and professional schools.

Consider graduate study at NJIT, beginning with the BS/MS program.

  • The Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP): www.nsfagep.org/
  • The Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) program: www.igert.org. This program seeks to train scientists and engineers to address the global questions of the future. Through the use of innovative curricula and internships, and by focusing on problem-centered training, these programs give their graduates the edge needed to become leaders in their chosen fields. Generous fellowships (stipend plus tuition) are available.
