Honors Requirements

The Albert Dorman Honors College provides its scholars with a range of enriching experiences. Honors scholars complete the same curricula as non-Honors students with the addition of the following Honors-specific requirements:
 

  1. Honors coursework and optional milestone learning experiences such as research, professional development and study abroad
     
  2. Maintain a cumulative grade point average of above 3.2
     
  3. Attend at least 2 Honors leadership colloquia per semester
     
  4. Complete at least 15 hours of community service on campus and 15 hours within the greater Newark community (per semester)
     
  5. Keep up with all Honors College communications and complete all reporting requirements
    ​
