Admission Deadline
- For Fall admission: February 1st ONLY
- Accelerated programs: November 1st
All supporting documents must be submitted by the deadline to be considered for admission to the Honors College.
All decisions will be posted to the application portal. Decisions are released in December and February.
SAT/ACT
The SAT/ACT is required to be considered for admission to the Dorman Honors College. The SAT/ACT is not required for consideration to the Dean’s Scholars Program.
The Honors College considers students who have:
- Excellent grades, B+ average
- Rank in the top 90+ percentile of test takers on the SAT or ACT exam
- Demonstrate a wide range of interests
- Participate in leadership and service activities
To apply for admission to the Albert Dorman Honors College, go to the Common Application, apply to NJIT and answer all questions pertaining to the Honors College.
